Each half-term, ‘able, gifted and talented’ (AGT) children across the school receive a RED Challenge Project, run by Miss Polly. The RED (Recognise, Encourage, Develop) scheme is designed to work by focusing on the able pupil and accelerating their learning. The projects are exciting, open-ended activities designed to encourage independent, child-led learning, where children explore an area related to their class topic and reflect on their own work. Each child carries out independent research and chooses how to present their work. This term, the children have made their own beautifully illustrated books, board games and puzzles. They are all very proud of their projects and are delighted to be sharing them with you. Well done to everyone involved – great work.
