Parsons Green Prep is delighted to welcome back e2 Young Engineers’ Lego after-school club this term. Along with their Saturday classes and holiday camps, this is an exciting possibility to expose children to STEM concepts and ideas. Think science and engineering, exemplified with Lego – needless to say, the children love this and also learn a lot while having fun. They use motorised Lego models to build, among many others, a conveyor belt, a drum machine, or various vehicles which show principles like different kinds of transmission, centrifugal/centripetal force, or kinetic/potential/elastic energy in moving action. PGP parents should contact the school office if they would like to sign their child up.
