Continuing our outdoors theme this week, what a superb week Year 4 had at Mill on the Brue in Somerset recently. Thank you to the team there for looking after us. The children (and teachers) took on many challenges and pushed themselves into their growth zone. They went ziplining, canoeing, tunnelling and climbing, they jumped off towers, went orienteering and built campfires. For many of the children it was their first time away from home and they were so excited to share bunkbeds with their friends. It may have rained all week but it can be wholeheartedly said that, although our socks may have been soggy, our spirits were never dampened. ![]()
