The big L gets a good reception

Reception explored the meaning behind the tradition of Valentine’s Day. We discussed what it might mean to love somebody and how others can make people feel special. We shared with each other who we loved and cared for. We looked at Andy Warhol’s Pop Art Love Heart and tried to recreate our own for our loved ones as a gift this year for Valentine’s Day. The children even made some special messages for their chosen Valentines. Happy Valentine’s Day everybody!
