Harvest Festival
The school community loved celebrating Harvest Festival, complete with the children’s harvest-themed creations and the spirit of giving that defines the occasion. The celebration concluded on a joyful note with the entire school joining together in a spirited rendition of the Samba version of Cabbages and Greens – a fitting finale that captured the children’s energy and engagement.
We extend our gratitude to all the families who generously gifted a wide variety of food items. It was a pleasure to welcome a representative from the Hammersmith and Fulham foodbank, who expressed deep appreciation for the impressive donations. These will be delivered to the local foodbank during half-term, ensuring that the compassion and generosity of our school community reach those in need in Fulham.
Thank you to everyone who played a part in making this year’s Harvest Festival a truly memorable occasion. You can find out more about the foodbank here.
Spooktacular art competition winners
Parsons Green Prep had two winners in local estate agent John D Wood’s Haunted House art competition for Halloween. First prize from the Parsons Green Office went to O in Year 4 and first prize from the Fulham Broadway branch went to A in Year 3. They each received a lovely engraved art case full of pens and pencils in assembly. Well done to both of you and all the other artists who took part and thank you to John D Wood. Terrifyingly good work!
New school video
We are delighted with our new school video, which really captures the spirit of Parsons Green Prep. It is now live on our homepage. A big thank you to photographer Sam Peat and our website people Innermedia for helping us create and showcase this lovely film and a special mention to our two talented narrators, who also did a brilliant job bringing this project to life.
