Ballet

Ballet is for Reception and Year 1 children and classes are held on a Tuesday from 3.35 to 4.30pm. The classes are taken by Abigail Cova and other teachers from Marble Hill Dance Studio (https://marblehilldancestudio.co.uk/). Abigail is the principal teacher and trained at the Royal Ballet School, the Central School of Ballet and the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD). She also danced professionally with Scottish Ballet. Marble Hill Dance Studio has been offering classes in south-west London for the last 12 years and has helped children gain places at prestigious performing arts schools such as The Royal Ballet School, Tring Park, Arts Educational and The Brit School. All teachers form Marble Hill are fully qualified RAD teachers and hold the relevant DBS checks. As well as offering imaginative and creative improvisation, children will be focused on the RAD pre-primary and primary-level syllabus. They will be offered the opportunity to enter class awards and examinations once the required standard is attained.
