Mr Alex joined PGP in January 2025. He has a PGCE and BA (Hons) in history from Roehampton University and was previously Head of English, Head of Humanities and a sports teacher at Aberdour School. Mr Alex was the Year 6 teacher, preparing pupils for 10+ and 11+ entrance examinations, and was previously a member of the senior management team at Hurlingham School and Parkgate House. He has been appointed Head for the 2026-2027 academic year, after which Miss Beth (previously the Deputy Head) returns from maternity leave to become Head from September 2027. Mr Alex enjoys writing and plays hockey at club level.
