Alexander Jarrett (Mr Alex) became the Year 6 Class Teacher in January 2025, covering Miss Beth’s maternity leave. Mr Alex has a PGCE and BA (Hons) in history from Roehampton University and is currently Head of English, Head of Humanities and a sports teacher at Aberdour School. He prepares pupils for 10+ and 11+ entrance examinations and was previously a member of the senior management team at Hurlingham School and Parkgate House. Mr Alex enjoys writing and plays hockey at club level.

We are thrilled to announce that Parsons Green Prep met all the ISSR Standards consistently in our May 2025 ISI inspection and we were awarded a ‘significant strength’ in wellbeing and pastoral care throughout the school. As only 11% of schools are awarded a significant strength, we are delighted with this news.
