Dr Pamela Edmonds

Dr Edmonds has fifteen years of experience as a head. Prior to taking on the Headship of Parsons Green Prep she was head at The Hampshire School Chelsea and previously at St Cedd’s School. Her knowledge of first-class educational practice from around the world derives from senior leadership roles in 3-18 international schools in Spain, Tokyo, Singapore and Thailand as well as 13+ day and boarding prep schools in the UK. She has the benefit of wider educational engagement as a Reporting Inspector for the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI) and when time permits conducts reviews of governance for AGBIS. Dr Edmonds, and therefore the school, is a member of the Independent Association of Schools (ISA) and Independent Association of Preparatory Schools (IAPS). She gained her undergraduate teaching degree at the University of London Institute of Education and graduated from the University of Bath with an MEd in Educational Management and a Doctor of Education (EdD). Dr Edmonds is also DDSL at Parsons Green Prep.
