Miss Sam has worked in the independent school catering business as a General Assistant, a position she has held for eight years with Thomas Franks Ltd. She has worked as a General Assistant at Pembridge Hall, Portland Place School, Falcons School and joined Parson Green Prep in April 2024. During this time she has undertaken several courses, gaining a greater understanding in allergies, health and safety and safeguarding. Prior to this she worked in the financial industry.
