Our school caterers, Thomas Franks, brought their smoothie bike to PGP for our weekly assembly, led by Olivia, one of their nutritionists. This plays into PGP’s healthy eating initiative to encourage the children to eat fresh fruit and enjoy the nutritional benefits of smoothies. The children chose their smoothie ingredients from a variety of fresh fruits and got peddling for a healthy body and mind. Thanks to Olivia, Tracey and Ryan for coming in to talk to the children.
