Reception went to watch Jack v Giant at the delightful Polka Theatre last term. It was a new adaption of Jack and the Beanstalk featuring mining, gold and magic beans coming out of a mysterious tree. The children were mesmerised by the story, songs and puppetry. They adored the Giant and his cheeky dancing, as well as the glittery, shining castle in the sky. It was lovely to hear them singing the songs on the way back on the coach. Photos by Steve Gregson.
