Our mindfulness assemblies, organised by Miss Hannah, are going very well. In the latest one we explored the zones of regulation, looking at our breathing and thinking about positive affirmations. The children each wrote their own positive affirmation to keep with them and refer back to. We then did the chair and gorilla pose for our yoga positions of the week. Well done!
